Production
Grapes are harvested perfectly ripe from an aromatic and phenolic point of view and are immediately mashed in the cellar. Produced with the traditional red vinification, the fermentation takes place in steel tanks with long maceration on the skins and control of fermentation temperature.
Tasting notes
Violet in color with a vinous scent, with spicy, intense notes of wild berries. Powerful body with dense tannins, fresh, ending with a long and very pleasant finish.
