Production
The Greco grapes harvested at the top of the ripening curve are immediately mashed in the cellar. After soft pressing, the must is cooled in order to obtain natural decantation and then fermented in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16°C in order to enhance their characteristic aroma.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with floral aromas, characteristic of the grape of origin, quite intense and very pleasant. Soft, round, and harmonious flavor and taste.
