D.O.C. Orta Nova Rosso
The grapes are harvested perfectly ripe from an aromatic and phenolic point of view and are immediately mashed in the cellar. Produced with the traditional red vinification, the fermentation takes place in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for about 8-10 days at a controlled temperature.
Deep ruby in color. Vinous, very pleasant bouquet, characteristic of the grape variety. Dry, harmonious, full-bodied, and with a rightly tannic flavor.
