The grapes are harvested perfectly ripe and immediately mashed in the cellar. Produced with the traditional red vinification, fermentation takes place in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for about 8-10 days at a controlled temperature and with the use of délestage techniques in order to preserve the variety’s natural color.
Brilliant ruby in color. Vinous, very pleasant bouquet, characteristic of the grape variety. The taste is enjoyable, harmonious, full-bodied and rightly tannic, not very astringent.
