Grapes are harvested perfectly ripe from an aromatic and phenolic point of view and are immediately mashed in the cellar. Produced with white vinification of red grapes, in contact with the skins until the desired color is obtained. The fermentation phase takes place in steel tanks with temperature control.
Bright pink in color and with hints of a fruity and spicy bouquet. Fresh in flavor and with good structure, it closes on a note of pleasant sapidity.
